It has been almost a year since our dad passed away and it was at this time that Ese Tatupu Funeral Directors were recommended. The passing of a loved one is the hardest thing one ever has to experience in life. On the 9th of October 2019, my Father passed away - the late Aukuso Lotovale Levave.
After the initial shock the first question i asked was ‘So what do I do next? Who do I call?’.
I was told I needed to arrange a Funeral Director.
The only Funeral Directors which came to mind was Ese Tatupu and his team.
We’ve had 2 other family funerals in the past who were taken care of by Ese and the team, so it was only natural i go through them again.
From the moment I had the first call where i had a million things going through my mind, right through to the end with the burial at the Cemetery - this team was there.
I first dealt with Ese who took the initial call, and then he handed me over to the very capable and easy going Luana.
She put my mind at ease and took care of all the heavy lifting and was always available when contacted.
She help guide me throughout the process, and with the additional help of my family it was a team effort and I felt that my Dad had a great send off.
Dad had a lovely service with the use of their chapel, and was well taken care by Luana and her team during his stay with them.
Thank you once again Luana and the Ese Tatupu team for making the process easier for me and for taking great care of not only my Dad, but also me and the family during one of the most challenging times.

Our brother was murdered 5 months ago and Ese Tatupu helped our family in so many ways, from his first engagement with our family to the last, he was so sincere with everything he did.
